Ireland Itinerary 2025
Escorted Tours form Halifax, Nova Scotia
May 3-12 10 Days / 9 Nights

Day 1 – May 3 - Halifax to Dublin 

Depart for Dublin from Halifax on Air Canada –Flight will travel via Toronto.

Day 2—May 4, Dublin to Belfast   (B,D)

• 8:15- Arrival at Dublin  airport and customs check
• Depart Dublin and 45 minutes later we enjoy breakfast at a thatched roof restaurant
• Continue on to Belfast where we have a short guided panoramic tour of the city .Arrive at hotel at around 2pm for check in.
•  5:30 PM - Meet for our welcome to Ireland reception
• 7pm Dinner at the hotel.  

Day 3– Belfast, Giants Causeway, Belfast (B)

• Included hotel breakfast.
• Depart for Giants Causeway, a UNESCO Heritage location where you can enjoy the unusual rock formations and  can enjoy the interpretive center. 
• Travel along the majestic north coast of Northern Ireland amidst amazing vistas.
•  Return to Belfast city center hotel where the balance of the day is free to explore Belfast.

Day 4- Belfast-Derry-Donegal- (B,D)

• Included hotel breakfast.
• Check out and depart hotel 9am
• First up is a stop at the Titanic Museum, a truly fascinating place to visit.
• We depart Belfast and travel west stopping in Derry for a city tour and lunch. After lunch we depart for Donegal.
• We have a dinner at a local Donegal followed restaurant by a trip to local pub for some traditional music.

Day 5 – Donegal–Glencolumcille–Donegal (B,L)

• Included hotel breakfast
• We travel to the coast of Co Donegal with a stop in Killebegs and then to Glencolumcille Folk Village where we will also have lunch. 
•  Following lunch we return to Donegal midafternoon  for some free time in the town center.

Day 6 – Donegal-Knock -Galway–Doolin (B)

• Included hotel breakfast
• Depart our hotel for a stop at Yeats grave in Sligo area.
• Stop in the town of Knock for lunch and a visit to the shrine (optional )
• Travel south past Galway and on to the scenic area known as the Burren area
• Arrive Doolin and check in at your Bed & Breakfast where we stay for two nights. 
• Optional visit to pubs close to your BB for some music.

Day 7 – Doolin–Aran Islands-Cliffs of Moher–Doolin (B)

• Included hotel breakfast...
• Depart  hotel to the port of  Doolin
• Taking a local tour boat we travel to Inis Oirr the smallest of the Aran Island. We will have time to explore the island near the pier and also have lunch.
• After lunch we take our tour boat and cruise out to the famous Cliffs of Moher where you will get the unique view of the cliffs from the water. Amazing experience.
• Arriving back at Doolin pier midafternoon you will have time to visit the sweater shops along the main street or take in a music matinee at a pub.
• Free Evening

Day 8 – Doolin –Irish Stud Farm –Dublin (B,L)

• Included hotel breakfast
• We travel east towards Dublin and make a stop at the Irish National Stud farm and gardens. This farm is home of the most magnificent horses & glorious gardens.
• Now it is on to Dublin, the famous capital of Ireland where will check in to city center hotel in late afternoon.
• Remainder of the day free to explore the city and enjoy a great pub meal at one of the many options in the city.

Day 9 - Dublin (B,D)

• Included hotel breakfast
• The morning starts with a guided city tour that covers all the highlights of this city including a stop at the Guinness store house.
• After the tour is completed you’re on your own for the rest of the afternoon to visit the museums, maybe visit the Book of Kells or some shopping time
• At 6pm we will gather for our final group meal in Ireland at a restaurant in the hotel. Dinner will be followed by a 75 minute Irish song and dance show.

Day 10 - Dublin city center to Dublin Airport (B)

Early morning transfer to Dublin Airport where we take our Air Canada flight to Toronto and on to Halifax.

PRICING SCHEDULE:

Price is $4,495.00 per person based on double occupancy.​

This pricing is subject to change once all supplier pricing is confirmed .Other variables that affect final price is currency fluctuations, surcharges from transportation companies, change in Ireland VAT rate. The price change could be between 2 and 4 %. The surcharge would be advised before final payment due.

All payments once made become non-refundable
